This dog appears to be in critical condition, suffering from severe emaciation with ribs and hip bones clearly visible. There are also visible skin lesions and areas of redness on its legs and possibly around its head. Immediate veterinary intervention is urgently required due to its advanced state of neglect and visible health concerns.
